papertail for Claude
papertail is scheduling and client management software for dog grooming salons in the Netherlands and Belgium. The papertail connector lets the salon owner work with her own salon from Claude: read the agenda and client cards, find free slots, and book, move or cancel appointments. papertail itself is in Dutch, and so are the data and tool descriptions.
Connect
- Open papertail in the
Claude connector directory and add it. (Or add a custom connector
with the address
https://mcp.papertail.eu/mcp.) - Claude sends you to papertail. Sign in, check which app asks for access, and choose Toestaan (Allow).
- papertail emails you that a connection was added. If it wasn't you, revoke it straight away.
Requires papertail Pro. Only the owner of a salon can connect, and only to her own salon. Each connection is visible and can be revoked at any time in papertail under Instellingen › Je eigen AI.

The connector can never delete or export data, and never change settings, the team or the subscription.
Limits and safety
- At most 300 different families read in detail per day, 50 changes and 10 client messages. Messages above that limit wait in papertail for the owner to send or drop.
- Text that clients typed themselves is marked as client text, so Claude treats it as information and not as instructions.
- Appointments planned through a connection show a small robot icon in the agenda, and every connection has an activity log.
- A connection lapses after a month without use; a new password revokes all connections.

In het Nederlands
Werk je met Claude? Dan kun je die aan je salon koppelen. Je vraagt dan gewoon in je eigen chat "wat staat er morgen?" of "zet Bello dinsdag om 10 uur", en Claude kijkt in papertail en plant het in.
Wat het doet
- je agenda lezen, en je klanten en hun dieren opzoeken, met hun contactgegevens en hun vorige bezoeken;
- vrije momenten zoeken;
- afspraken boeken, verzetten en annuleren, en aanvragen van klanten beantwoorden. Voor elke wijziging vraagt Claude je eerst om bevestiging.

Claude kan nooit iets verwijderen of exporteren, en nooit je instellingen, je team of je abonnement wijzigen. Koppelen kan met Pro, en alleen de eigenaar van het salon kan het doen.
Zo koppel je
- Open papertail in de connectorlijst van Claude en voeg hem toe.
- Claude stuurt je naar papertail. Log in, kijk welke app toegang vraagt, en tik Toestaan.
- Je krijgt een mail dat er een koppeling bij is. Was jij het niet? Trek de koppeling dan meteen in.
Wat je in de gaten houdt
Onder Instellingen › Je eigen AI zie je elke koppeling: wie ze maakte, wanneer ze laatst gebruikt is, hoe vaak ze las en wat ze wijzigde. Met Intrekken kan Claude meteen niets meer. Wat Claude voor je plant, krijgt in de agenda een klein robotje naast de naam van het dier.
Gegevens van je klanten
Wat Claude leest, komt bij Anthropic terecht. Dat valt onder jouw afspraken met Anthropic, niet onder papertail. Klanten typen soms zelf iets in, zoals een opmerking bij een aanvraag; papertail zegt er tegen Claude bij dat dat tekst van een klant is, en geen opdracht. Lees toch mee voor je iets bevestigt.
